I launched a new website at http://whoismyrepresentative.com. It allows people to easily search for their congressperson by using their zipcode. I also created an API (which serves the data on the site) and have opened it up for other developers to use. See the site for more details.

Project of the day at Programmableweb.com for my project on CRP's travel database mashup. See where your congressperson has traveled, how much it cost and which private interest paid for it.

I have written an API which serves data from the Center for Responsive Politics' site. This means I can query their databases and use their data on my site. Web 2.0 if you don't mind the expression. The API utilizes AJAX database calls to retrieve XML data served up by good old PHP. You can check out the application but there won't be any source code until the project is released.
